Please join us in expressing our Jewish values of chesed (loving kindness) and tzedek (justice) through ACTION, while building community, learning, and having fun.
Our Chesed v’Tzedek Committee meets on the third Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. to plan food drives, educational opportunities, and community events. We would love to have you be a part of our communal effort to give back and make positive change.

Reclaim Our Vote
Remind Wisconsin voters to VOTE for a justice on the Wisconsin Supreme Court in their state April 7th election. Please join the Chesed v'Tzedek Committee in this effort — write postcards to mail between March 9th–March 21st. We will have packets of 20 postcards / mailing addresses / copy for Reclaim Our Vote mailing to Wisconsin, prepared for you to pick up at the Beth Sholom office. Interested, please email chesed@bethsholomsf.org, to let us know and pick up details will be coordinated! Want to write with others — join the Postcard Writing Party hosted by Sha’ar Zahav on Sunday, March 8, 3:30–5:00 pm. (Sha’ar Zahav is at 290 Dolores Street, San Francisco.)
