Meet Our March Family of the Month: The Sturms

I’ve been part of CBS for as long as I can remember — my connection goes back even before I was born, to the days of Rabbi White.

Each of us treasures something a little different about Beth Sholom, but we all agree on what matters most: community. There’s something special about showing up, being known, and celebrating together.

Our favorite holiday is Sukkot — gathering in the sukkah, eating and drinking outdoors with friends.

Our family is proud and outspoken — there are no shrinking violets in our family!

For the past couple of decades, my deepest hope has been to raise children with strong Jewish identities who truly feel they belong. I’m grateful to say: mission accomplished.
