Joninna Simpson, Executive Director - Oversees all daily
operations of the congregation and provides management and support to
staff in the areas of membership, programming, education, building and

Steve Smith, Fiscal Manager - Oversees synagogue
finances including all membership billings; stock donation questions,
and issues related to restricted and endowment funds. Beth Jones, Membership and Events Coordinator - Works with
prospective and new members; coordinates membership renewal and High
Holy Days ticket sales. Oversees facility rentals and coordinates
Kiddushes.
Jill Pettegrew, Clergy Assistant - The “voice on the phone”
of Beth Sholom; general office management. Manages Rabbi Micah Hyman’s
calendar. Schedules aliyot for special occasions, prepares Shabbat
materials, yahrzeit reminder letters and donation acknowledgments.
Sarah Hefter, Education and Family Programming Assistant - Handles preschool and religious school daily operations. Provides support to Rabbi Philmus and Fern Eisenberg.
Rachel Friedland, Accounting Assistant - Bookkeeper.
